I do think there is some need for such a video. I put it in the same bucket with DNS - a video that’s built on personal frustration. I’m not even sure Bit Torrent or using BitTorrent is the issue – it’s getting the dang files to play once they’re downloaded. I’ve called this the long tail of codec crap.
It could happen.
