Common Craft should make plain english video on how to use my book and move files to that HD

    My parents are not so “slick” with file management. They don’t understand how to cut and paste and move files around. Their hard drive has filled up and they have bought a “MY BOOK”, but don’t understand how to move the files from the Local drives to the external HD. I have not been able to explain in plain english.
